You know it's odd that although I've been a web/graphic designer for over six years I've never really explored the potential of Photoshop as a painting tool. Now I've decided that's about to change.

I've been seriously inspired by the work i've seen on DA and have made it this year's project to bring my painting skills up to a professional level. It's only been a few weeks since I first picked up a Wacum and started my first painting, so I'm still learning, and judging my Faves there's still a long way to go from where I want to be. ;o) It'll be fun getting there.

I've drawn up a list of areas I need to improve on and hope to work through them over the coming months. Your feedback is much appreciated!
